Writhing in oil: Lemon-touched olive oil banana bread

I grabbed a mini-loaf pan and decided to use up some nearly departed bananas for some banana bread with a hint of lemon and chocolate chips. It's a new recipe for me… will report back.

    Olive oil is a pretty rare addition for me. It did not seem to make a difference in this recipe or in the biscotti recipe I use it in. But butter is best for most.

    I tried the olive oil thing and didn't like it. I will stay with turbonado sugar, wheat flour, real butter and North Georgia Pecans. Yeehaa.
