I baked only three kinds of cupcakes and then only in limited number for a select handful of people (sad, but true). I enjoy the industrial-scale baking but really don't have time for it these days. Nevertheless, I thought I would share the results (most of which were dubious at best… the cupcakes collapsed in the middle, which you cannot see now that they are frosted). But it does give pause and make me think I should be more careful. The lime cakes turned out well, though.
