I have not baked much and still do not feel that much in the mood for it, but combined it diligently with a million other things in the last couple of days until I ended up with an insane haul of goods.

On offer in Oslo today (and being popped in the mail to a lucky few):

Chocolate cookies with Reese's Pieces
Butterscotch cashew cookies
Chocolate chip cookies stuffed with peanut butter cups

Daim cookies
Shortbread with chocolate sprinkles

I had other dough in the fridge chilling, which would have yielded old favorite white chocolate macadamia, some peanut butter sandwich cookies and some chocolate cookies filled with mint candy, but those will have to wait. I also had some plans for carrot sandwich cookies filled with cream cheese filling and probably some other cupcakes (some ingredients I want to get rid of).

Also thinking of Nanaimo bars. "Don't blame the Canadians/we are North American scum…"
