I didn't get around to making these for the big bake that I took to the office but made them today since I had already grated the carrots. The bowl of cream cheese and honey filling looks rather shady (disgusting mayonnaise or something worse). Recipe to follow when I know if these taste okay.
I don't have anyone here now to do the taste testing. Who wants some?
