It is pretty easy to get your fix of chocolate and sweet while satisfying salty cravings.
Dark chocolate chunk pretzel cookies
2.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 bag dark chocolate chunks or chips
1 cup crushed pretzels (I think I went a bit overboard and added more than a cup)
Beat butter and sugars. Add eggs, water, vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Add chunks and pretzels. Chill four hours.
Preheat oven to 375F/180C. Bake 10-12 minutes. Et voilà!
