Dengue Fever – "We Were Gonna". It makes me think vaguely of Vietnamese karaoke I used to witness long, long ago, back in the Asian-boyfriend phase of my distant youth. This isn't Vietnamese (it's Cambodian) but has very similar sounds to the vocals.

The cookies I dutifully and crazily baked last night are all neatly placed around the building for consumption. Coincidentally, I managed to bring ANZAC biscuits on Australia Day! Go me. It figures, though, that I would be obsessing over Cambodian-American pop music on Australia Day.
