Overkill? A bit like people deep-frying candy bars and sticks of butter and eating them, stuffed cookies are probably a bit overboard, but did that stop me?
A few months back, I made brownie-stuffed chocolate chip cookies, and I took this concept in a different direction today with peanut butter cup-stuffed chocolate chip cookies. Basically you can use the same recipe as for the brownie-stuffed cookies but substitute with peanut butter cups (I brought mine from the States since I have never found miniature ones around here).
