For many years now, this blog has chronicled my baking exploits and the tasting experiments of my colleagues at Opera. Now my presence at Opera in Oslo is no more, and I take with me all my recipes and sugar highs. It was fun. I got my wish and will have a new audience of taste testers, and I am looking forward to this. Additionally, I may move this blog entirely or start a new one to make a clear delineation between past and present. Or maybe I will just start a bakery as I have been advised again and again (and again).
Thank you Oslo folk (and in fact all those in the other offices who contributed to the great baking experiment over the years). It was a tasty ride.
