I do not have time to bake and create sweet concoctions today/this weekend, but I have a plan for the upcoming week. As a teaser, I will make peppermint patties, not unlike the York Peppermint Patty, which I have only ever seen in the United States. Not difficult to make, not time consuming to make, so it will at least be something new.
