A big storm rolled through rural Sweden where I live. It was all torrential rain, wind, bright but ominous sun behind the clouds, booming thunder, lightning – this followed an unseasonably hot (hot for Sweden at any time, really) 30C/86F day. Believe me, I don’t live in Sweden to “enjoy” hot weather.

These days make me long for Icelandic summer – I like temperatures that hover around 15C all the time.
